We understand that starting something new can feel daunting and scary, which is why we've made sure that our 5-week beginner course is the perfect way to learn Pilates. Our goal is to help you fall in love with Pilates, just as we have in a group of fellow beginners.

Our program is designed to build a strong foundation in reformer Pilates, guiding you every step of the way to ensure you feel confident joining our regular classes once the 5 weeks is over. But our course isn't just about exercise; it's about creating a fun community of like minded people!
Each week, you'll discover something new in the company of a small, supportive group of up to 9 fellow Pilates enthusiasts who are all ready to start their journey with you. It's an inclusive environment where kids are always welcome!
A 5 week course designed especially for beginners or those who’ve taken a little break from exercise or have never exercised before. Each week you'll learn the proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques while gradually building strength and flexibility and knowledge.
Perfect if the reformer feels a little intimidating and you have been putting off starting.
