Class Descriptions

Level 1 - Beginner Reformer:

Level 1 – Beginner Reformer is designed for those new to Pilates or anyone wanting to slow things down and focus on the foundations. These classes are all about learning correct technique, building confidence on the Reformer and moving your body in a supportive environment.

Regardless of your fitness level, age or experience, this class is the perfect introduction to the Baseline Pilates style and a great place to start your Pilates journey

Level 2 - Intermediate Reformer:

Level 2 – Intermediate Reformer is designed for clients ready to take their Pilates practice to the next level. These classes are best suited to those with some Reformer experience and a good understanding of the foundations.

Expect stronger flows, more challenging movements and progressions designed to build strength, control and confidence on the Reformer. We can’t wait to see you continue to grow stronger every class

Pregnancy Friendly - Reformer:

  

There has always been a bit of uncertainty around whether it’s safe to exercise during pregnancy. Modern medical research has shown that keeping physically active during pregnancy can actually improve the health of both mum and baby. It’s all about finding the right style of exercise for you and your body.

Our Pregnancy Friendly classes is a safe and low impact workout that can be used for injury management and recovery. By gently strengthening and stretching the body, Reformer Pilates provides a wide range of health benefits that can assist mums before, during and after pregnancy and those wanting to take Reformer classes a little slower and more controlled.

Reformer Circuit:

    Making Reformer Pilates a fast-paced and invigorating experience.

The circuit format gives you an opportunity to perfect each exercise through repetition and progression.

Choose your intensity level, and work to your level.

Stretch and Release - Reformer:

   Our Stretch and Release class is designed to slow you right down, open you up and lengthen you out. Using the principles of Pilates, we focus a lot more on breath and flexibility through slow, controlled flows and mindfulness.

Hot Mat

Hot Mat is a full body Pilates workout designed to strengthen, lengthen and challenge your body in our heated infrared studio. Expect low impact movements with high intensity burn, combining Pilates inspired flows with strength, core and endurance work.

Our studio is heated up to 35 degrees to help increase sweat, improve mobility and leave you feeling stronger, energised and reset after every class.

Suitable for all fitness levels, with options and modifications always offered throughout class. Please remember to bring your own full mat towel and water bottle 

Hot Vinyasa Flow

Hot Vinyasa Flow is a heated yoga class designed to build strength, mobility and balance through continuous flowing movement and breath work. Expect a dynamic full body flow that links movement with breath, helping you improve flexibility, stability and mind body connection.

Our infrared heated studio reaches up to 35 degrees, creating a deep sweat while helping the body move more freely throughout each sequence.

Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout class. A perfect mix of strength, stretch and reset
