Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a client of Baseline Pilates of Shop T25B 102 Overton Road, Williams Landing, VIC 3029 you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Baseline Pilates website www.baselinepilates.com.au
Reformer General Terms and Conditions
1. The Intro offer (valid for 14 days) is only available to brand new clients. You may only purchase the intro offer once. The intro offer is non-refundable or transferable and will be activated from the date of the first class attended. Clients found to be buying the intro offer more than once (using an alternative email/phone number) will be suspended and charged any additional class cost they may have incurred.
2. Baseline Pilates classes are limited to a maximum of 10 only and you are requested to adhere to the booking and cancelation policy of the studio to ensure than others have an opportunity to attend should you need to cancel.
3. A minimum of two people is required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text or email 1 hour prior to the start of the class should it need to be cancelled and your session will be returned.
4. Cancellations made 4 hours prior to class start time will forfeit that session and those on membership will incur a $10 fee as this is considered a Late Cancel. No-show and absences will forfeit that session. ALL clients' including those on MEMBERSHIPS will incur a $10 No Show fee for all classes marked absent. Fees will be charged automatically 48 hours after being absent to class using the card on file or added to their next payment cycle should the payment of the No-Show fee fails. Cancellations via SMS, email or social media will not be accepted. We understand there may be unforeseeable circumstances in which you cannot attend class. Please email info@baselinepilates.com if you are unable to attend a class due to an emergency. If you are unwell, please email a medical certificate to info@baselinepilates.com and we will happily reinstate your class.
5. Please note it is a client's' responsibility to book their classes. Should a client not book or use all classes on their package prior to its expiry, these classes will be forfeited and not extended unless a medical certificate is provided or payment of $15 1-week extension fee.
6. Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions on your Baseline Pilates account or pay at the time of the booking otherwise you will be unable to attend the class.
7. Owners and/or trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and owners and/or trainers reserve the right to turn clients' away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
8. If a class is full, you can sign up to the waitlist. If a spot does become available you will receive and email and SMS from us offering you than spot in the class. You are under no obligation to take than spot, but please respond if you can or cannot take than spot so than the next person in line can have the offer.
9. Yearly Class packs are valid for 12 months from date of first class attended. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can only be extended if you are injured, in which we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
10. Monthly Class packs are valid for 30 days from date of first class attended. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can only be extended if you are injured, in which we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
11. Sessions are not transferable to another client and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
12. Gift cards can be used for pilates classes and products at Baseline Pilates. They are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. Baseline Pilates does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on gift cards for change of mind, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final and in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
13. The minimum age of clients to attend group classes are 16 years of age.
14. Trainers and classes are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to cancel classes if necessary due to lack of attendance, instructor availability or any other reason deemed appropriate by Baseline Pilates. Should a class be cancelled by Baseline Pilates you will be contacted but SMS, phone or email a minimum of 1 hours’ notice prior to the start of the class should it need to be cancelled and your class credited.
15. Baseline Pilates reserve the right to increase prices at any point including intro offer, memberships, yearly, monthly and weekly packs and passes.
16. We have a strict 5 minutes late policy. The instructor and/ or owner has the right to refuse entry if a client is late to class and the class will be forfeited. This ensures the clients are warmed up efficiently and doesn’t provide distraction to the instructor or other clients.
17. It is the clients' responsibility to disclose of any pre-existing injuries or illnesses. Our instructors may be able to provide modifications for minor injuries. We do not recommend attending group classes with an injury unless the client has provided a medical certificate. Our trainers have the right to refuse entry if they are not satisfied than the client should be attending a class. If refusal occurs the class will be credited back to the account.
18. You agree with the above terms and conditions. By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.
Pre/Post-natal Reformer Pilates
1. Pre-existing clients are able to attend classes up until 26 weeks pregnant. We do not recommend starting group classes if you have never done pilates before and are pregnant. A medical certificate is required for all pregnant clients to ensure you are not at a high risk and is safe for you to exercise.
2. A medical certificate is also required for postnatal and post-surgery clients to ensure it is safe for the client to resume group fitness classes.
1. The Unlimited classes Membership requires a minimum of 12 weeks lock in in period unless a medical certificate is provided. Members are able after the 12 weeks to cancel their membership at any point given 7 days written notice to info@baselinepilates.com
2. Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 12 weeks throughout the year. If the suspension is within the minimum 12 weeks lock in term than the remainder of the 12 weeks will be extended by the period of the suspension. Membership suspensions require 7 days written notice.
3. Memberships can be suspended for injury for an unlimited time pending medical certificate and written notice to info@baselinepilates.com, Memberships suspensions require 7 days written notice.
4. Memberships payments cannot be transferred to the following week due to being unable to attend classes unless 7 days written notice is made.
5. Baseline Pilates require at least 7 days’ notice to terminate memberships. Please email request to info@baselinepilates.com
6. In case of long term or permanent injury or illness than prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.
7. Memberships operate on a 7-day autopay schedule from the credit card stored on your account through the Baseline Pilates app (a secure system). Payment will continue unless terminated.
8. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to change.
9. Memberships cannot be transferred to the following week if 1 class has already been attended for the week.
10. Failed membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the payment fails to process. This fee will be processed as a debit on the clients' Baseline Pilates account which will be processed within 48 hours of failed payment.
11. On the third day of payment failing to process all booked classes will be cancelled and the membership will be placed on hold. The Failed membership charge, plus any outstanding fees will be processed as a debit on the clients' Baseline Pilates account, to be balanced within 7 days or the account will be terminated.
REFERRAL OFFER
This offer is for Referrers to receive a $20 credit when they introduce a new client and for the New Client to receive a $10 credit (Offer) after intro pack has been purchased.
Definitions
Account means the Baseline Pilates app account via which clients can book and manage Baseline classes.
New Client means a person who has not been a client of Baseline Pilates studio.
New Client Discount means a $10 credit applied to the New Client’s Account once intro pack has been purchased.
Referrer means an existing client of Baseline Pilates who introduces a New Client to Baseline Pilates.
Referrer Discount means a $20 credit applied to the Referrer’s Account to be used on future packs only.

Purchase an Intro Pack
Sign any required waivers and documentation provided through the app. The Referrer $20 credit and your friend $10 will be automatically applied to the Referrer’s Account once the New Client makes their purchase.
The New Client must download the app, sign up and make a purchase.
General Terms
Offer is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or products.
Subject to applicable laws, the Offer may be varied, updated or terminated at any time.
We now offer a special students discount; The discount is designed to take some pressure off of you while you study. We all know how hard that is already on its own

To get the ball rolling just need to do some simple steps:
- Take a photo of your student card
- Email it to info@baselinepilates.com
- Let us know which pack you would like to purchase (excluding intro pack and weekly memberships)
- Get ready too book some classes!
1. Cancelations made more than 4 hours before class begins will get the session back
2. Late cancelations made less than 4 hours before class will forfeit the session and will incur a $10 Fee

1. Refunds will only be given in line with Victorian Consumer Affairs regulations. Refunds for any circumstance unforeseen by external to the business will incur a processing fee for $5 per transaction being refunded.
