Sculpt, Sweat & Strengthen Challenge!

SCULPT, SWEAT & STRENGTHEN — 4-Week Studio Challenge

Finish strong. Start stronger.


5 classes a week for 4 weeks (target 20). Any mix of Reformer (Williams Landing) and Hot Mat ~34°C (Truganina). We track your check-ins — you stack the wins.

How it works


  • When: 17th November 2025 → 16th December 2025(4 consecutive weeks)
     
  • Goal: 5 classes/week (20 total). Legends can push to 24 for bonus bragging rights.
     
  • Where: Williams Landing Reformer + Truganina Hot Mat — book what suits your life.
     
  • Counting: Classes count when you’re checked in. You can double up (max 2/day). Late cancel/no-show doesn’t count.
     
  • Join: Open the Baseline Pilates app → Passes/Memberships → SCULPT, SWEAT & STRENGTHEN → book your first week.
     


Who it’s for


Everyone. Brand new, returning, or leveling up — we’ve got options in every class.


  • Pregnant: welcome up to 26 weeks in Beginner Reformer; tell your trainer on arrival and we’ll modify.
     
  • Managing niggles/injury: we’ll scale springs, ranges and positions to keep you moving safely.
     
  • Hot-curious: start with Hot Mat (Truganina) — it’s ~34°C. Bring water, towel, and take breaks as needed.

Pricing & access


  • Members: You can join the challenge without buying a pack — your membership runs as normal.
     
  • Not a member? Grab the “Challenge” pack in the app to take part. Make sure you have enough credits to complete your classes.
     

Quick FAQs


Can I mix studios? Yes — any combo of Williams Landing (Reformer) and Truganina (Hot Mat).
What if I miss a day? You can double another day (max 2/day). Aim for 20 total.
Do unused credits roll over? Challenge credits don’t roll past the end date and can’t be transferred.
New to Pilates? You’re welcome. Book Beginner (Reformer) or ease into Hot Mat with plenty of breaks.
Pregnant? Up to 26 weeks in Beginner Reformer; tell your trainer so we can modify.
Cancellations? Please cancel 4+ hours before class to avoid fees/credit loss.

Terms (short version)


  • 4-week window; classes count on check-in only.
     
  • Late cancels/no-shows don’t count.
     
  • Members: no pack needed. Non-members: purchase the Challenge pack.
     
  • Unused Challenge credits don’t transfer/roll over past the end date.
     
  • Hot Mat ~34°C; pace yourself and hydrate.
